- Each day, you’ll receive a brand-new guided meditation led by Caroline or Lindsay, conveniently uploaded as a module in your portal. Plus, we’ll send you a daily email with the meditation to keep you inspired and on track throughout the challenge.
- Meditations vary in length—some are short and sweet, while others dive a little deeper.

Lindsay and Caroline are passionate about making meditation easy, accessible, and enjoyable for everyone. As 500-hour certified yoga teachers, they specialize in guiding students through meditation, breathwork, and yoga. Both have trained in the birthplace of yoga, Rishikesh, India, and bring a wealth of knowledge and authenticity to their teaching.
